What we never do
Your space, kept private
Everything Lenzia produces is numbers: live occupancy and statistics about your location. The rest is ruled out by design, not by promises.

Questions people ask first
Will it recognise my customers?
No. Lenzia only ever produces a count. No images are stored and no one is identified.
Do I need to install anything myself?
There's nothing technical for you to configure or manage. We agree the details of going live together, and the service starts only once we've verified everything is working correctly.
What if my internet drops?
You won't lose your numbers. Lenzia is built to ride out short connection drops, and once back online it catches up with everything counted while offline.
