Lenzia solution

Office occupancy, measured on real numbers

No free desk on Tuesdays, a ghost town on Fridays - but is that actually true? Lenzia shows you how many people are in the building at any moment, and what the week really looks like - in numbers, not impressions.

Completely anonymous counting.

The challenge

Sound familiar?

Paid space, unknown usage

Rent is paid per square metre, but nobody knows how many of them are actually used.

Office days that don't fit

The attendance policy gets decided without numbers - and everyone shows up on the same two days.

A whole building, half the team

Heating, lighting, upkeep - you pay for the entire building even on days when only part of the team shows up.

With Lenzia

How Lenzia helps

Live occupancy for the building

See how many people are inside right now - useful for reception, facilities and safety.

The week's real pattern

Daily numbers show exactly how the space is used - the basis for the attendance policy and the desk plan.

Space decisions on data

Expand, shrink or refit based on real usage numbers, not estimates.

Building attendance, without tracking anyone

For offices, the question isn't just "how many people came in today" but "how is the space we pay for actually used". Lenzia counts entries and exits for the building and turns presence into statistics: live occupancy, daily patterns, monthly trends.

Importantly: no one is identified. Lenzia is not a time clock and doesn't track individuals - it only produces anonymous numbers about the space, in line with GDPR. Employees stay anonymous; the numbers stay useful.

Frequently asked questions

Is it a time-tracking system?
No. Lenzia doesn't know who walks in - only how many. No one is identified, so it can't be used to track individual employees.
Can I see areas separately?
Yes. Any zone with its own access can have its own number, and the total rolls up per building - all on the same board.
What does the company gain, concretely?
Numbers for expensive decisions: how many desks are needed, which floors can close on Fridays, how to size services - all based on real usage.
